Ingredients

Baobab oil, Castor Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, Rosehip Seed Oil, Sea buckthorn Oil, Essential Oils, (Neroli, Lavender and Frankincense) with added Vitamin E

Baobab Oil - Contains moisturizing Vitamins A, B, C, D, E and F which all help to rejuvenate damaged skin cells by firming, tightening and hydrating skin. Also rich in omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, these are powerful antioxidants which protect against free radical damage.

Castor Oil –Castor oil has anti-inflammatory properties. This makes it a useful oil for treating irritated skin. Castor oil also protects the skin from bacterial infections by keeping out microbes that can cause disease. Castor oil contains triglycerides. These can help maintain moisture in the skin, making it a useful treatment for dry skin. Castor oil also has humectant properties, which means that it can draw moisture from the air into the skin, keeping the skin hydrated. The triglycerides found in castor oil are also helpful in removing dirt from the skin.

Macadamia Nut Oil - Macadamia nut oil is a lightweight oil, that is well absorbed without feeling greasy. It’s high in monounsaturated fatty acids, including oleic acid (omega 9), which is very moisturizing, regenerating and softening for the skin. These fatty acids also have anti-inflammatory properties. The linoleic acid (omega 6) in macadamia nut oil helps to restore the skin’s barrier function and reduce water loss. Macadamia nut oil also contains palmitoleic acid (omega 7), an active anti-microbial that is found naturally in youthful skin. Palmitoleic acid levels in our skin reduce with age, contributing to the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and weathered skin. Macadamia nut oil has been shown to slow the signs of aging and has also been used to improve the appearance of scars, sunburn and other minor skin irritations.

Rosehip Seed Oil - Rosehip oil is loaded with skin-nourishing vitamins and essential fatty acids. Fatty acids help to keep cell walls strong so that they don’t lose water. Rosehip oil also contains both lycopene and beta carotene. It also contains phenols that have been shown to have antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties Rosehip oil is rich in vitamins A and C, which are both necessary to produce collagen. Vitamin C also aids in cell regeneration, boosting overall radiance. Rosehip oil is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, which are essential for tissue and cell regeneration in the skin. Rosehip oil is rich in antioxidants and linoleic acid, which are imperative for preventing the breakdown of cell membranes in the skin. Strong, healthy cells act as a barrier to prevent bacteria from invading the skin, which can lead to outbreaks and infections.

Sea buckthorn oil – The valuable substances contained in sea-buckthorn oil play an important role in skin care and gives skin a beautiful and healthy appearance.

It’s unique unsaturated fatty acids, such as palmitoleic acid (omega-7) and gamma-linolenic acid (omega-6), give sea-buckthorn oil skin regeneration and

repair properties. Sea-buckthorn oil also improves blood circulation, facilitates oxygenation of the skin, removes excess toxins from the body and easily penetrates through the epidermis. Sea-buckthorn oil protects against infections, prevents allergies, eliminates inflammation and inhibits the aging process. With close to 200 properties, sea-buckthorn oil is a valuable addition to any beauty product. The linoleic acid found in sea-buckthorn oil plays a significant role in the skin. It strengthens the lipid barrier of the epidermis in dry skin and protects against transepidermal water loss. Linoleic acid is also a natural component of sebum. In patients with acne-prone skin, a decrease in the content of linoleic acid in sebum was noted. As a result, blackheads and spots form. Linoleic acid used in the care of oily and problematic skin can stimulate the function of sebaceous glands, unblock pores and limit the number of blackheads.

Neroli Essential Oil - Neroli oil has many valuable and health-promoting properties, besides the aromatherapy benefits of its irresistible orange blossom scent, neroli oil stimulates skin cells to regenerate, giving it anti-scarring properties. Along with its regenerative qualities, neroli oil is also an antiseptic, disinfectant, antispasmodic, bactericidal, antidepressant and sedative. These useful benefits make it efficient for helping treat cuts and wounds

Lavender Essential Oil – Lavender essential oil has a complex structure, boasting over 150 active ingredients. It is also rich in esters, which are aromatic molecules with antispasmodic, calming, and stimulating properties. Lavender is also antiseptic and antifungal. It can be used to clean cuts, clear up bruises, and soothe skin irritations. Lavender oil can also help regulate the secretion of sebum and can also help get acne scars to heal faster.

Frankincense Essential Oil - Has a woody, sweet spicy aroma. It has been shown to help firm, tone and regenerate aging skin, as well as reducing the time for wound healing and the appearance of scars and fine lines.

Vitamin E - When skin is exposed to UV light, smoke, and air pollution, it produces free radicals and other rogue molecules that damage collagen, DNA and skin cells, all of which ultimately contribute to wrinkles and brown spots. Vitamin E fights those effects by neutralizing free radicals. Try applying this anti-aging facial oil if you have some scars and blemishes you want to heal.

Preliminary research suggests that the topical form of this vitamin helps skin hold on to water, a key factor not only in softness but in healthy, resilient skin.
